SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICY 

 

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders which are placed on weekends will not be processed until the following Monday. Please note that during peak periods we may require an extra business day for order processing.

 

AUSTRALIA

For all deliveries within Australia we estimate the cost to be:  

 

Metropolitan and Regional areas

 $20-$25 per product across all of our collections. Once dispatched, all products will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

 

Rural areas

$25-$30 per product across all of our collections. Products will be delivered within 2-4 business days once dispatched to our carrier.

 

We offer selected date delivery to anywhere within Australia, however as we use an external shipping company, we can not guarantee to have delivery on your requested delivery date due to factors out of our control.

When placing your order, please inform us on the date you would like the product to be delivered on.

Please note that the maximum processing and shipping times should be taken into consideration when selecting the delivery date. Weekend deliveries will be carried out on either Friday or the following Monday.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

All International orders will be delivered via Australia Post.

We can delivery to any country with an expected transit time of 2-4 business days once the order has been dispatched.

The above prices are in Australian dollars and should be used as a guide only-excluding import duties and taxes.

Please note that international orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.

These taxes are out of our control and will be the responsibility of the receiver, as we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

We will notify you via E-mail once your order has been dispatched by us.

All information including tracking numbers and expected delivery dates will be sent to you by our carrier via E-mail and SMS.

Shipped orders can be tracked via Australia Post at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Please ensure that you provide us with your correct and current phone number and E-mail address when placing your order.

Deliveries will be made to the Delivery address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept and sign for the delivery.

If there is no recipient present at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the goods. A card will be left by the driver, along with notifications from Australia Post via SMS/Email informing you of re-delivery information and pick up locations for your goods.

When your goods arrive, it is important that you immediately check the product condition and quantity. Once item has been scanned as delivered it is up to you to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with Australia Post.
